Private Yoga Lessons

The Yoga Loft offers private yoga lessons in the studio with a qualified yoga instructor. After meeting with the student, the teacher will discuss practice options that will be tailored to meet that individual’s need. Your instructor will plan a routine that incorporates poses, breath work, and meditation that will assist you in working towards your goals. Working closely one on one builds trust and will give you strength and confidence to move into a class room setting.

Private lessons are offered in sessions of 3 at $65.00 for a total of $195.00.
